What is the turn around time for orders?
- Our current TAT is 10-14 business days for most products
- Some products (vests, blankets, etc.) have longer TAT which is listed on the individual product listing
- An email is sent when orders are ready for pickup or shipped
What is the difference in Brand Options?
- Gildan is the most common garment brand. It is true to size. When unavailable we substitute with a similar type of garment
- Bella Canvas is a softer garment that is true to size but has a stretch to it
- LAT Brand is available in selects styles and is a high quality sweatshirt with some weight and softer inside
- Comfort Colors is a weighted fabric that softens over time. It has a slight oversize fit to the t-shirts and a more true to size fit for their crewneck and hoodie
- Dri-Fit is available in selected styles and is 100% moisture wicking polyester
What color options are available?
- Color options can be found on the home page. Note that not all colors are available in all styles
I don't see my team/school mocked up, can I customize to my school?
- YES, almost every design we offer is customizable to any team. A box for custom school/team is on the listing. Once a school/team is ordered, a mockup will be added to the listing.
